Gear Lever
is currently the best app for managing AppImage applications.
Just open a downloaded AppImage (supprt drag and drop) in Gear Lever
and click “Move to Launch Menu”.
Gear Lever will move the AppImage into the configured directly (~/AppImage by default)
and generate a corresponding .desktop file in ~/.local/share/applications.
Gear Lever also support removing or updating installed AppImages.
