whether it is close to a busy road, better not, if so, any stop signs
Safe or not, neighbours, etc.

Check whether lights are flashing. Flashing lights might indicate unstable electronic wiring.
Furnace, heatpump & hot water tank
which years are they
whether it’s noise while operating
Check for crawl space.
Prefer to not have a crawl space.
But if there’s a crawl space,
check whether it’s wet down there
check for droppings of mices

VR, etc. for showing customs the house remotely. Not sure whether this is really a good idea ...
