Rivian-certified Car Shops
If a service (e.g., tire repair/replace, etc) is simple and can be done at a Rivian-certified car shop, it is suggested that you go for it for a few reasons.
Rivian Service Centers and Rivian Mobile Services are usually very busy, and you can often get your Rivian vehicle serviced at a Rivian-certified car shop much quicker.
Service at a Rivian-certified car shop is often cheaper.
You can report vehicle issues and request a service appointment in one of the following ways.
in the Rivian app
by calling the Rivian Service Support Team at (855) RIVIAN5
by calling the phone number of a local Rivian service center
