Submit using [web form](http://xmpalantir.wu.ac.at/cransubmit/) or using ftp following the steps below.

  1. Upload the .tar.gz file using anonymous as log-in name and your e-mail address as password to ftp://CRAN.R-project.org/incoming/. “ftp” is prefereed to “sftp”.

  2. Send a message to CRAN@R-project.org about it. The email should contain the package name and version in the subject line.
