Tips and Traps

  1. Avoid AMEX as it is nutorious for closing many customers’ credit cards without valid reasons.

  2. Costco is a wholesale. It is not considered as a grocery or supermarket for cashback bonus purposes.

  3. When multiple credit cards provide 3% cashback, prefer other cards to Robinhood Gold card as

    • 1 point worths only 0.7 cent in Robinhood Gold Card if you do auto redeem

    • no discount on gift cards when purchased using Robinhood Gold Card points
