Create a Distribution List in Outlook

You can follow the steps below to create a distribution list in Outlook 2010.

  1. Select the Home menu button and then click the Address Book button in the “Find” group.

  2. Click the drop-down list below “Address Book” in the prompt and then select Contacts.

  3. Select the “File” menu and then click “New Entry...”.

  4. Choose “New Contact Group” for the entry type in the prompt. Under the “Put this entry in:” drop-down list, select the destination where the distribution is to be created.

  5. Click OK.
