General Tips

1. Wire transfer is made on the same business day but cost $25; transfering to a Linked External Funding Account takes about 3 business days but is free.

2. Dividends you've earned stays in your eTrade account until you manually transferred them to your account.

3. A Stock Plan (only) account cannot add External Funding Accounts. You must have a Complete Investment Account in order to add External Funding Accounts. You can submit a Registration Change form to update your account to a Complete Investment Account.

4. Power eTrade is the preferred trading platform for active traders.
